Louisiana Little League Champions flying back home on Air Force One

Louisiana's own little league world champions hitched a ride back home with President Donald Trump Friday. "See you at the White House!"

Eastbank beat Curaçao 8-0 in the championship game in August, marking Louisiana's first ever Little League World Series world championship.

The team was in Washington DC to celebrate their Little League World Series win. What an unbelievable day!

According to a media pool report, after arriving at the airbase close to an hour after his scheduled departure time, Trump shook hands with the players on the tarmac before inviting them to board the plane with him.

The Eastbank All-Stars are based in suburban New Orleans. Trump was heading to a campaign rally in Lake Charles, La. Trump encouraged his supporters on Friday to vote for either Ralph Abraham and Eddie Rispone in the election in an effort to beat incumbent Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards.
