When the 47-year-old Oscar victor stepped onto the 2019 Met Gala red carpet clad in Gucci and carrying a creepily realistic replica of his own head - à la the models at the fashion house's fall 2018 runway show - the moment quickly went viral.

But in a weird twist on a Cinderella tale, Leto said he has "no idea" what has happened to the designer noggin since the glittering event. "If anyone out there finds it, bring it in to your nearest Gucci store in exchange for a pair of dirty sneakers".

While Leto's head-turning moment was a highlight of the Met Gala, the star is now admitting that he doesn't know where the accessory currently is. According to Vogue, it took six months to create each replica.

But nearly six months later, Leto seems to have lost his head.

The 30 Seconds to Mars singer recently revealed though, that he'd lost his head - literally. I think someone may have stolen it.
