Celebs are taking in some of the final matches of 2019 Wimbledon at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Tuesday (July 2) in London, England.

The 20-time Grand Slam singles champion will face Novak Djokovic for the title on Sunday.

Federer won his record eighth Wimbledon title in 2017, but lost to Djokovic in the final in both 2014 and 2015.

But it was lucky No 5 for Federer after Nadal sent a backhand long, and two years on from his last Wimbledon win, he had the chance to dream again of lifting what would be a 21st Grand Slam.

Federer leads Rafael Nadal 7-6 (3), 1-6, 6-3 in the semifinals on Centre Court.

Nadal saved four match points in style, but Federer lifted his arms into the blue sky on a glorious Friday evening after reaching a 12th Wimbledon final.

Which TV channels will broadcast the semi-final clash between Roger Federer vs Rafael Nadal Wimbledon 2019?

"I will watch Federer and Nadal".

It was first blood Federer after he twice came from a mini-break down to win a tense tie-break, but Nadal yanked up his sweat bands and barely put a foot wrong as he charged around the court at blistering speed to level a gripping match.

In Wednesday's quarterfinals, Calvert told readers to bet Federer at +230 (risk $100 to win $230) to defeat Kei Nishikori three sets to one - and that's exactly what happened.

Nadal led 3-2 in the tiebreaker before Federer won five straight points, clinching the set with a forehand victor.

It is the first match between the rivals at the All England Club since their classic five-set final in 2008.

"I had to dig deep, Roberto was playing his first semi-final at a Grand Slam and he was not really overwhelmed".

Federer hasn't beaten Djokovic in a major final since 2007 in NY, but will carry renewed confidence into Sunday's showdown after upstaging Nadal for only the fourth time in 14 grand slam encounters.

The championship match will air on ESPN.

Eleven years after they last met at Wimbledon, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal had a packed crowd gasping as they put on another epic show. Federer and Nadal were to play next on Centre Court.

Bautista Agut, who had planned to be in Ibiza this week for his stag party, fought off break points in the opening game of the fourth set. He won 15 of the previous 24.

In the Wimbledon final, Djokovic is 4-1. Not only did he call Andy Murray's 2013 and 2016 Wimbledon championships, but anyone who has followed his grass-court picks is up almost $4,400.

Defending champion Novak Djokovic is one set away from his sixth Wimbledon final.

Federer won a 25-shot rally in that third set and showed no signs of fatigue in the fourth, swatting away a majestic inside-out cross-court forehand victor before breaking to lead 2-1.

In the third, Djokovic broke for a 4-2 lead and then saved two break points in the next game - the second with a backhand victor down the line after a 45-stroke rally. He double-faulted on his first set point but converted the second with a volley victor that clipped the net cord.

Unable to sustain such extraordinary hitting, Federer had a mental dip in the second set, dropping serve to love in the fourth game with three sloppy unforced errors. The match resumed minutes later.

Djokovic won the first set 6-2.

Bautista Agut, 31, was the final hurdle.

Djokovic is looking for his fifth Wimbledon title, while Bautista Agut is appearing in his first Grand Slam semifinal. The Libema Open is a grass-court event like Wimbledon, a surface Calvert knows better than anyone.

Roger Federer was in sublime form against Rafael Nadal in their classic seminfinal.
