Miley Cyrus' Most Candid Confessions About Love and Sex

Though Miley might bear a resemblance to the Hannah Montan character she spent her childhood playing, make no mistake about it. Miley Cyrus is all grown up.

Speaking in the new issue of US Elle, the singer said people are "confused" by the couple's "complex and modern" marriage.

Miley Cyrus recently discussed her "complex and modern" marriage in a cover story for Elle magazine. "You come first", she smiled.

It's that self-love and empowerment that Cyrus has made the focus of her upcoming seventh studio album, She Is Miley Cyrus. She believes the term is outdated and wants to stop being known as a wife, rather than as the incredibly talented artist and person she is.
