If you want a fitness tracker but don't necessarily fancy dropping a couple hundred quid on something fancy, you're in luck; Xiaomi is launching its Mi Smart Band 4 in the United Kingdom this summer for just £35. "The most visible upgrade is its larger 0.95" colour display that pushes 120×240 pixels resolution on an AMOLED screen.

You can also expect all the sports ready software for your fitness activities. The display can be used to show notifications and you have a choice of 77 watch faces to choose from. Xiaomi has added the Alipay facility with the QR-based payment mechanism. The fitness tracker will go on its first sale in China on June 16 but there's no information now about the availability of the Mi Band 4 in India. In China, you can use it for public transportation across 187 cities.

The Mi Band 4 also supports Xiaomi's AI assistant in China and offers voice control. This includes Xiaomi's robot vacuum cleaner and connected lights. Xiaomi has also prepared a special edition Avengers variant that is priced at 349 yuan (US$50).

Mi Band 4 Avengers Limited Edition model features three customized wrist-bands - Blue with an insignia of Captain America, Red for Iron Man and Graphite Black with Avengers logo.

The standard Mi Band 4 is officially priced at 169CNY (about RM101) while the NFC version is going for 229CNY (about RM138). So far there are no details yet on its global availability.
