Scenes from the Fanwood Easter Egg Hunt

It took almost 100 people to get the 30,000 Easter eggs filled with sweet treats for their 7th annual CCGB Easter Egg Hunt.

The egg hunt has been running for more than 10 years.

That's what kids in Eddington were doing Saturday afternoon, in an egg hunt and Easter Celebration hosted by the Eddington Fire Department.

Along with hunting Easter eggs, families could take pictures with the Easter bunny, Wiley Coyote from the National Guard, and Radar the Patrol Dog.

Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Ballantine Park Field, 611 Old Field Road in Southbury, 12:00pm SHARP. "So, having a community event that they can come and see us and have fun and we just want to give back to our community because that's what we're here for them".
