Red Bull finished Friday third and fourth-fastest, with Max Verstappen topping Pierre Gasly by four hundredths.

Horner was particularly impressed with Mercedes' pace in the afternoon session.

"Ferrari look like they underdelivered to what we thought they had in testing and our guys both had pretty decent runs".

"Max got quite a bit of traffic on his fast laps but I think there's more potential there, there's more set-up changes".

Despite the performance advantage of the German cars, Horner questioned the comfort of the W10's handling.

"It will be interesting to see how the Red Bull upgrade works, and I know some other people, Ferrari usually bring an upgrade for the first race, so it'll be interesting to see".

"Naturally after a test, you always improve the next day as the auto gets older and older throughout the test".

"There are always areas to improve, so we're looking at that tonight".

"It looks like Mercedes are very quick and they seem to be a little happier with the overall balance". In general, the auto felt alright with medium and soft tyres but we still need to fully understand the compounds. From the engine side, no problems. We've got lots of work to do and for sure we'll analyse a lot.
