Apple to host WWDC 2019 between June 3 to 7

Apple's tagline for this year's event is "Write code".

WWDC is where Apple traditionally lays out its software plans for the year ahead, with major new OS versions like iOS 13 and watchOS 6 expected to be unveiled in detail.

Apple today announced it will host its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose from June 3 through June 7 at the McEnery Convention Center. Based on early rumors, it could be one of the most exciting WWDC's in years. "Blow minds." Apple has also developed an image that shows a robot having a head exploded by various developer tools, including Swift and Xcode. Apple was also recently reported to have some AirPower-specific features that could be a part of iOS 13. It's being said that iOS 13 will bring a dark mode that makes it easier to see your device screen at night.

We now know when Apple will tip its hand about what's coming to iOS, macOS and other platforms in 2019. Now in its 30th year, Apple's biggest event will bring together the world's most innovative and creative developers.

"WWDC 2019 will deliver the latest Apple news from the keynote stage and celebrate the breakthrough work of developers who are creating new experiences in areas including machine learning, augmented reality, health and fitness, and more".

It is worth mentioning here that the official schedule of WWDC 2019 is in line with what was spotted on the 2019 events calendar from the City of San Jose's Office of Cultural Affairs last month. Scholarship applicants must have submissions in by March 24th, and will be notified of their status by April 15th.

Those not lucky enough to be their can live-stream the conference on the WWDC app for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV as well as through the Apple Developer website.

Tickets for WWDC will become available for developers on March 20 at 5 p.m. PDT via a random selection process as is the norm.
