New Game Plus modes have never really been for me but plenty of people love them and this news will give players even more reason to keep playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey, which already offers more than enough content for the cost of the purchase.

We've known to expect this particular feature for a while now.

Whether or not switching from Kassandra to Alexios when starting a new game, or vice versa, will have any effect on this, we can't say.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft is also gearing up for a remastered release of Assassins Creed 3.

Ubisoft has seemingly confirmed (via Nintendo Life) that a Nintendo Switch version of Assassin's Creed III Remastered is in the pipeline.

It's a pretty good deal, to be fair.

Why Ubisoft chose to remaster one of the weakest Assassin's Creed titles is a mystery for many fans, but regardless, the game will be arriving soon. It is a remaster that focuses on improved visuals and also has some quality of life gameplay changes that haven't been detailed by Ubisoft.

If you're keen on getting back to assassinating the bad guys with flourish and flair, you'll be able to pick up Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered on March 29, 2019.

According to the trailer the game will be released on March 29, on PS4 Xbox One, and PC.

Assassin's Creed III is now available for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. Which game from the franchise would you like to see get an overhaul next?
