The starting five - which includes three frontcourt and two backcourt positions spots - for the Western Conference are James, Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks), Paul George (Oklahoma City Thunder), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors) and Derrick Rose (Minnesota Timberwolves).

The second round of voting returns for the 2019 NBA All-Star game in Charlotte were released on Thursday and there wasn't a ton of movement for Lonzo Ball and the rest of his Los Angeles Lakers teammates.

The fan vote, which opened on Christmas Day, accounts for 50% of the vote to determine the 10 All-Star starters. Houston Rockets guard James Harden and Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook remain the third and fourth guards, respectively, in the conference. This round of voting returns revealed that Doncic has actually passed Curry in a fairly stunning move to become the second leading vote-getter in the Western Conference.

Walker, a reserve in the last two All-Star Games, is now third in Eastern Conference fan voting among guards behind the Boston Celtics' Kyrie Irving and Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade.

The East guard group is again led by the Boston Celtics' Kyrie Irving (2,381,901) and the Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade (1,199,789). Voting for fans, players and media concludes Monday, Jan. 21 at 8:59 p.m. PT. He's having quite the rookie season and deserves to play in the All-Star game because of his star appeal and his play on the court. All-Star reserves, decided by a vote of the league's head coaches, will be announced January 31.

Walker is third among East guards with 858,798 votes, ahead of the Philadelphia 76ers' Ben Simmons with 695,032.
