Chelsea have so far rejected Bayern's advances and Hudson-Odoi has been promoted to their starting XI for the Blues last two fixtures.

Hasan Salihamidzic, the Bayern sporting director, said earlier this week that Hudson-Odoi was a player they "would definitely like to have" after they made a bid of £35m for the 18-year-old.

Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has urged rising star Callum Hudson-Odoi to turn down Bayern Munich's advances and continue his career at Stamford Bridge. The club knows my opinion.

Maurizio Sarri's team face Newcastle on Saturday.

"I think it's not professional, because they are talking about a player under contract at Chelsea, so they didn't respect our club, I think", Sarri told reporters.

Sarri is unhappy that the German club spoke publicly about his player following their £35million bid for the 18-year-old forward.

Hudson-Odoi's contract expires in June 2020 and, as long as he remains unwilling to discuss an extension, Chelsea are mindful that his value will likely decrease significantly if he is kept at Stamford Bridge until the summer.

Asked where he felt Chelsea needed reinforcements, Sarri said: "As you can understand, I cannot tell you where".

"As you know very well, I am not involved in the market".

However, former Norwich City star Dublin seems to think that he would be a great signing for the west London club.

'Then it depends on the club decision.

"But I don't know anything about the market day by day or minute by minute".

Sarri said he was not aware of any approach to Willian, but added: "Of course [I don't want to lose him] because he is really very important. It's normal", Sarri said. Lampard has admired Hudson-Odoi's performances from afar and hopes the England Under-19 global is still a Chelsea player when the January transfer window closes.
