A woman who was captured on video spouting off racist remarks to two black women who were having vehicle trouble in a North Carolina parking lot reportedly turned herself in to police on Saturday.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said Susan Westwood turned herself in to authorities in Brunswick County on Saturday on charges of misuse of 911, in addition to the four criminal summons she was issued for the incident.

Video of Westwood's encounter with sisters Mary and Leisa Garris went viral on social media last weekend.

Susan Westwood turned herself in to Sunset Beach Police Saturday. One of the women does live at the apartment complex. Police arrived at the scene, but were unable to locate Westwood, and issued a warrant for her arrest on October 30.

Police charged Westwood with misuse of the 911 system after listening to the calls from the night two women said she harassed them while they waited outside their apartment.

"They are actually people that I've never seen here before", she tells the dispatcher. She then accuses the women of "trying to break into apartments" and "causing problems", the Observer previously reported.

"No one breaks their auto down in the best part of society. Nobody cares. I'm white and I'm hot", the woman is heard telling the two sisters. "Just get them the f-- out of here right now". "I'm still going to make $125,000 Monday morning". Westwood asks in the video.

"I'll tell you what, I'll pay $2,500 to get them out of here". Being hot? Being handsome?

Westwood's employer, Charter Communications, confirmed to Yahoo Lifestyle on October 29 that she was sacked after she was identified as the woman in the video, which was taken on October 19. In Brooklyn, a white woman called police on a 9-year-old black boy she accused of grabbing her behind when footage showed his backpack grazed her.
