Gophers Women's Soccer Reacts to Making NCAA Tournament

Duke (14-4-3) landed a No. 4 seed and will host Rutgers (11-3-5) at 7 p.m. Friday.

The victor will advance to face either Central Connecticut State (16-1-2) or unbeaten Georgetown (17-0-3), the region's No. 1 seed, on Friday, Nov. 16. Northwestern also failed to make the Big Ten's eight-team conference tournament but still garnered an NCAA at-large berth.

The Knights (14-3-1) defeated Cortland, 1-0, on November 3 to clinch their second-straight and eighth overall State University of New York Athletic Conference Championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Pioneers will travel to Tucson for the first round of the tournament this weekend, time and date is TBD.
