It had been reported earlier that Fournette would suit up, though "the Jaguars have chose to play it safe" with the second-year ruser.

T.J. Yeldon will start in the backfield for Fournette while Blaine Gabbert gets a second consecutive start for the Titans.

Leonard Fournette still isn't feeling well enough to make his return.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota looks for a receiver during the first half of an NFL football game against the Jacksonville Jaguars today in Jacksonville, Fla. The LSU product did not play against the Patriots in Week 2 after injuring his hamstring against the Giants in the season opener.

Fournette has just nine carries on the year for 41 yards this year.

When the Jaguars selected Gabbert with the 10th overall pick in the 2011 draft, it was supposed to be the start of a new era in Jacksonville.

Gabbert went 13-of-20 for 117 yards and a touchdown in the Titans' 20-17 win over the Texans last week. That should bode well for Jacksonville if Gabbert is still the same quarterback the Jaguars remember him as.
