While delivering remarks at the Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco, the "Star Wars" and "Indiana Jones" star called for voters to "stop giving power to people who don't believe in science, or worse than that, pretend they don't believe in science for their own self-interest".

Actor Harrison Ford was full of righteous indignation as he growled and seethed at those who "don't believe in science" during a Thursday speech on climate change. The seasoned actor requested voters learn where candidates stand on climate change before casting ballots.

"Stop giving power to people who don't believe in science, or worse than that, pretend they don't believe in science for their own self-interest", he said.

"For God's sake, stop electing leaders who don't believe in science", Ford said.

"Rich or poor, powerful or powerless, we will all suffer the effects of climate change and ecosystem destruction", he said.

Ford went on to say that the "greatest moral crisis of our time" was that "those least responsible will bear the greatest costs", while adding: "We are shit out of time".

The actor called on everyone to "shut off [their] phones, roll up [their] sleeves and kick this monster's a-". In November, he slammed President Trump's administration in a speech while accepting an award from Conservation International.

Ford also warned there's "a risk if we don't change the path that we're on today, the future of humanity is at stake".
