According to reports from TMZ and the Associated Press, Post's plane blew both of its tires shortly after takeoff on its way to the UK. After his performance at the VMAs last night, the next stop on Post Malone's tour is in Reading, England on August 24.

PIX11 reports the plane is now headed to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport.

Post Malone is now onboard a plane that's set to perform an emergency landing after two of the plane's tires allegedly blew out after takeoff.

A plane carrying 16 people is attempting to land in western MA after blowing two front tires during takeoff from New Jersey late Tuesday morning. According to TMZ, the reroute is a means of burning fuel on the aircraft in order to make a safer emergency landing.

Before the diversion, the pilot was trying to burn off fuel by circling above the New Jersey airport. It's not clear at what time the jet will attempt to make an emergency landing at the airport.

We've reached out to a Post Malone representative and will update this post if we hear back.
