Community manager Brandy Camel has popped up in a new video over on the official Diablo YouTube channel, and in it, she confirms that Blizzard is working on "multiple Diablo projects".

Blizzard Entertainment dropped some hints about the future of its popular, long-running "Diablo" franchise on Wednesday. "We hope you stay tuned while we work to bring these Diablo experiences to life". More themed seasons will come soon, Camel says, but this video's timing is curious, as the 14th season has been live for almost two months as of press time. Maybe Diablo III will launch on Nintendo Switch? And we have multiple Diablo projects in the works.

BlizzCon 2018 runs from Friday, November 2 to Sunday, November 4 this year.

Given that outside of a small hero addition and some updates Diablo has been mostly dormant since 2014, it was easy to think that it would be a long while until we saw anything substantial again, but this changes that perception.

Things have been slow in Diablo-land for the past few years, but that's likely going to change soon, with Blizzard teasing on Twitter today that it has some Diablo projects in the works.

So whether you first joined us in Diablo 3 or you are a seasoned veteran, thank you.
