Pokemon: Let's Go takes players back to the Kanto region and seems to make monster catching and battling as simple as ever for newcomers.

Pokemon Go announced that its next Community Day event would be a special two day mini-event, which has many players wondering whether the game is getting ready to add some "Gen 4" Pokemon. Both games will feature various Pokemon that can't be found in the other version, and a handful of those have been announced today.

Further, you will be able to customize both your partner pokemon and your character with clothing items, including a ridiculously cute explorer outfit for Pikachu. Let's Go Pikachu will have Oddish, Sandshrew, and Growlithe and a few others exclusively, while Let's Go Eevee will contain Bellsprout, Vulpix, Meowth, and a few others all to itself.

This might not come as too much of a surprise considering the game is primarily based around Pokémon Yellow - which also featured the iconic duo as a nod to the anime series - but it's very nice indeed to have their appearance confirmed.

Trainers will also be able to style their Pokemon's hair, meaning you can give Pikachu or Eevee the hip quiff they deserve.
