The good news for Parker is that the restricted free agent market for a ton of players has been awfully slow, so his patience might be rewarded.

The Bucks selected Parker out of Duke with the second-overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.

Parker, the second-overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, is now a restricted free agent, though, the Milwaukee Bucks are reportedly not keen on matching any offer the former Duke Blue Devil star will get this offseason.

Though Parker has alternated between power and small forward, the Bulls' initial plan is to start him at small forward, a position of need.

Parker is a career 35.2 percent 3-point shooter.

Parker, a restricted free-agent, and the Bulls are now progressing on an offer sheet deal that the Bucks aren't expected to match, and they could have a deal finalized by Sunday, according to Wojnarowski. The team has discussed allowing Parker to become an unrestricted free agent by pulling his qualifying offer, but that has yet to happen, league sources said. Don't be surprised if they try to bring Parker home.
