International Yoga Day: Early morning Yoga is Kangana Ranaut's fitness mantra

She recently took to learning Gymnastics for a film and it seems like all those Yoga sessions paid off because the actress took to the sport in no time. The diva lost 32 kilos just in 3 and half months. In fact, many celebrities, including Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Kareena Kapoor Khan swear by this style of yoga to keep fit and healthy throughout the year.

So when you practice control over breath you WILL have control over your LIFE and MIND. She has made her husband Karan Singh Grover a yoga freak, which gave us some couple goals.

Since the gym at the hotel that they are staying at isn't open at the early hour, she has apparently chose to do her yoga exercises, before calling it a day. She shared that she practises ashtanga and hot yoga. Her toned body and the flawless curves are all because of yoga poses that are part of her daily routine. Kareena practices 50 rounds of yoga of Surya Namaskar every day and dedicates 45 minutes each day to yoga asanas as well. She believes that it helps people move in the right direction. She practices yoga for her inner peace and to relax her mind. While we see the yummy mummy hitting the gym regularly which she does quite religiously, she admits that yoga is an important part of her fitness regime.
