Sky Sports is reporting that both of the London clubs are keen on a move to bring the 26-year-old to the Premier League this summer, with Manchester City also interested in a deal.

Arsenal and Chelsea played each other in pre-season ahead of the 2017/18 campaign and the Blues were convincing 3-0 winners.

The all-Premier League clash is part of the International Champions Cup tournament, and the Stamford Bridge outfit will also take on Inter and Lyon as part of the tournament. Our final pre-season fixture takes place just two days after the Community Shield, so you can expect a heavily rotated side.

"It's a great honour to be travelling around the world with Arsenal Football Club", Ray Parlour said following the announcement.

Frustratingly, we still have no idea who will be holding the reins at Stamford Bridge when we lock-horns with Manchester City in the Community Shield.

‪Chelsea were initially scheduled to face Sevilla in Warsaw on July 28 and Inter in Gothenburg on August 1.
