Taco Bell giving away free tacos for Golden State Warriors win

Thanks to the Golden State Warriors win, Taco Bell is hosting a "Steal a Game, Steal a Taco" promotion.

The Mexican chain announced this taco-rrific promotion on its website on Tuesday, June 12, cleverly tying it back to basketball by writing, "The Warriors stole Game 3, and Taco Bell is letting everyone steal a taco!"

The Warriors went on to defeat the Cavaliers 4-0 in the series, marking their third championship in four years and the second time they've won free tacos for everyone, People reports.

Between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time on Wednesday, all participating USA and District of Columbia locations will give people one Doritos Locos Taco for free. No purchase is necessary. Taco Bell is giving away Doritos Locos tacos nationwide today. "We know one thing is for certain, everyone will be rooting for tacos", Marisa Thalberg, global chief brand officer of Taco Bell said in a press release.
