LG Electronics' upcoming premium smartphone will feature the LG G7 ThinQ Boombox Speaker, which the company says increases the base sound level by more than 6dB, with twice the amount of bass typical for such speakers. While the smartphone is yet to become available globally, the South Korean company might be preparing to launch the V35 ThinQ, an updated version of company's V30 ThinQ smartphone. Now that the rumor mill has revealed the specs sheet of the V35 ThinQ, it appears that its launch could be drawing near.

The listing first spotted by Wordsoftech hints at the smartphone getting a 6-inch display with a Quad HD+ resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels, which translates to a taller 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone, which is likely to launch soon, will reportedly be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB on-board storage. When placed on a solid surface or box, the LG G7 ThinQ uses its resonance chamber as a woofer to amplify the bass effect even more. Like the G7 ThinQ, the V35 ThinQ is speculated to arrive with Android 8.1 Oreo preinstalled.

For photography, it will feature a pair of 16-megapixel snappers.

For users who prefer headphones, the LG G7 ThinQ will feature DTS:X 3D Surround Sound, for up to 7.1 channel performance without the need for high-end headphones. Also, it will be featuring the same 8-megapixel front-facing camera found on the G7 ThinQ. The LG G7 ThinQ also supports the Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) audio format, which delivers hi-res sound quality in a small file size.
