All of the rainy weather we have had the last few days has led the National Weather Service in Grand Rapids to issue a Flood Watch for portions of south central MI and southwest MI.

At 9 p.m. Monday, the Root River Canal was at 9.99 feet high, while the flood stage is 9 feet.

Floodwaters covered a baseball diamond on 6 Mile Road, according to the Weather Service.

Several roads around Frederick County, Maryland, are underwater Tuesday night after flash floods inundated the area. Some drivers ignored the warnings and drove through the water anyways.

The Huron River in Hamburg Township is under a Flood Warning, with the river expected to crest more than a foot above flood stage later tonight. A flood advisory continues through Thursday for the east branch of the DuPage River in Bolingbrook, affecting Will County. Minor flooding is possible, according to the watch. FOX 5's Mike Thomas says early storms are on the way out bringing an afternoon full of sunshine and temperatures in the 90s - but we're not out of the woods yet!
