Second collection of SPD videos released from Stephon Clark shooting death

The Sacramento Police Department released on Monday more than 50 new video files and two audio files of last month's shooting of an unarmed black man in his grandparents' backyard. Two officers responding to a report of someone breaking vehicle windows shot Clark in his grandparents' backyard.

The newly released material includes 23 in-car camera videos (ICC) 28 body-worn camera videos (BWC), two 9-1-1 audio files and remaining video from the Sacramento Sheriff Department's helicopter.

"The time frame of this material is from when the officers begin their response to when the Sacramento Fire Department declares Mr. Clark deceased".

Last month, the section made the odd decision to release movie of Clark's capturing within three times after he was killed, for example body digicam footage by both officers who took on the 22-year-old while responding to reports about someone breaking auto windows, also by a sheriff's section helicopter circling overhead. The helicopter footage begins at the end-point of the previous release to the end of the footage.

The section said the two officers have been for four and two years with Sacramento authorities, however every has four years & rsquo; past working experience with police agencies. Both are on paid administrative leave.

Months of protests roiled California's capital community, interrupted basketball matches and obstructed rush hour traffic.
