In case you missed Daniel's hands-on from earlier this year, OnePlus's gesture system is actually pretty great. This makes it one of the few Android makers to have its latest flagships running up-to-date software.

The company has released OxygenOS 5.1.0 to all users today and it's going to bring the new navigation gestures to all OnePlus 5T users across the globe. Of all the changes listed by OnePlus, only one is exclusive to the OnePlus 5T. Personally, I prefer having the on-screen buttons.

OnePlus has also updated the gaming mode with power saving features aside from a network boost which will prioritize the data or Wi-Fi connection for the game that's being played. If you don't see the update arrive on your OnePlus 5T or OnePlus 5 today, keep an eye out, as it should arrive soon.

Just be aware that the initial build could have some issues, so if you are using it as your daily driver (which, I believe, is the most-likely scenario) you should wait a couple of days to find out how the rest of the crowd is getting along with it.
