Moto G6 Plus Geekbench listing reveals key specs

The Moto G6 series smartphones is expected to launch this week, on Thursday, April 19 in Brazil. In the latest addition to the trove of leaks is the Moto G6 Plus benchmark scores which showed up on the web today. The company will be launching the Moto G6, G6 Play, and the G6 Plus, the latter being the most expensive variant of the lineup, which is the same version that has popped up on Geekbench of late. The Moto G6 Plus was recently spotted on GeekBench along with an interesting feature.

According to the Geekbench listing, the Moto G6 Plus will be sporting an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM. In addition to the test scores, the benchmark listing also throws light on other specifications of the smartphone. Also, it is speculated to be available in a variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space. We've also seen the Moto G6 Plus' design and build plus the specs and pricing of the G6. Last week, renders of the phones revealed that the Moto G6 Play and G6 Plus will come in Indigo Blue and Rose Gold colours while the Moto G6 will be offered in Indigo Blue, Silver, Rose Gold and Black. As far as everything else is concerned, the Moto G6 Plus is tipped to sport a 5.93-inch full HD+ display. We know nearly everything about the smartphone lineup which seems to consist of mid-range smartphones with 18:9 aspect ratio display for the first time on a Motorola smartphone.

The Moto G6 Plus will arrive together with the entry-level Moto G6 and the fun-loving Moto G6 Play. Additionally, the Moto G6 Plus is expected to come with a dual rear camera setup, with one 12-megapixel sensor and one 5-megapixel sensor, and a 5-megapixel front camera. At the front, there could be a 16MP sensor with a dedicated LED flash as well.
