Dua Lipa cancels Bruno Mars support shows to have dental surgery

"I've been performing with an very bad pain due to my wisdom teeth and as advised by my dentist and oral surgeon I have had to have them imminently removed", she tweeted, posting a Snapchat filter-assisted video of her icing her mouth.

The "New Rules" singer is supporting Bruno Mars on the Australia and New Zealand leg of his 24K Magic World Tour, but she won't be playing Wednesday (March 14) and Thursday (March 15) at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

In a statement released this afternoon, Lipa cited emergency dental surgery as the reason for pulling out of the two Brisbane dates starting tonight.

"I'm so sorry to have to cancel some of my support shows with Bruno", Dua explains.

Dua Lipa is now on tour with Bruno Mars, but as the two trek their way through Australia on the 24K Magic world tour, Lipa's going to have to sit out a few shows.
