"If we say his list (for Poland and Serbia matches) is not flawless, are we the coach to know what pattern he wants to play".

However, the Super Eagles gaffer says the midfielder told him he was only managing the situation as there was no major injury concern.

Stakeholders have commended the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for their preparation for the summer World Cup, with regard to the global friendly matches between the Super Eagles and Poland and Serbia, which come up on March 23 and 26 respectively.

"We have some interesting players, we see all the time [Wilfried] Ndidi does very well for Leicester City, we see some problems for [Ogenyi] Onazi, who is not playing all the time in Turkey, the same for Mikel Agu - who's not in my list this time, but we have John Ogu who is doing very well", he continued.

"We have now Joel Obi; I hope he'd be fit, we have our captain John Obi Mikel who played the whole game [for Tianjin Teda on Saturday]".

"I know Lewandowski is a good striker and he scored a hat-trick over the weekend, but hopefully, against us, he will forget his scoring boots at home".

The Super Eagles have never won the global competition having participated in five tournaments.
