India skipper Virat Kohli has fan following all across the globe, but female cricketer is a die head fan of Kohli.

Wyatt described the bat as a beast and will be using it when she will open the batting for England against Australia women on March 23.

She has also revealed she will be using the bat gifted by Kohli in the upcoming tri-nation series.

"The bat I hit the century (against Australia last November) with broke not long ago".

"I'm using Virat Kohli's bat now". It all began in 2014 when she openly proposed to Kohli on Twitter after watching his innings of 72 in the World T20 against South Africa.

"Kholi marry me [sic]", Wyatt had tweeted, sending Twitterati - especially those from India - into frenzy.

But during her meeting with Kohli during the tournament, Wyatt was told not to post such things on social media by the Indian cricketer.

"Ten minutes later, I picked my phone up and I have got 1000s of favorites and retweets, it's all over Indian news, they're emailing my dad at home", Wyatt was quoted as saying by ESPNCricinfo.

Wyatt had also congratulated Kohli when the latter tied the knot with Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma in December 2017.

"When we met, he (father) said: 'You can't do things like that on Twitter!"

She will be part of England squad that will take on India and Australia in a T20 tri-series later this month.

Notably, the two cricketers had met during MS Dhoni-led India's tour of England in 2014.

Kohli last played in a second T20I against South Africa last month and is now on a well-deserved break from global cricket.
