Baby found unharmed after auto stolen in Balydoyle, County Dublin

The incident unfolded at around 7.30am yesterday when a auto was taken from the driveway of a house at Park Vale in Baldoyle, Dublin, by a man.

The incident took place around 7.30am on Friday.

The vehicle and the infant were located 45 minutes later at 8.15am in the Clongriffin area.

Gardai are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have information about the incident to get in contact at Raheny station or on any official contact line.

A baby girl has been returned unharmed to her parents after the auto she was in was stolen.

The infant was unharmed and no arrests were made, a Garda spokesman said.

Gardaí have appealed for anyone who may have seen 05D navy Opel Vectra between 7.30am and 8.15am to contact them in Howth on 01-6664900 or Raheny on 01-6664300.
