Woman accuses NY state senator of sexual misconduct

Klein's lawyer, Michael Zweig, admits Klein and Vladimer were at the bar together that night, and even that they went out to smoke a cigarette.

The leader of the State Senate, John Flanagan, says the chamber does not have the jurisdiction to investigate the charges, because the accuser is no longer a Senate employee, and no formal complaint has been filed.

"There were other people there, there were other staff members smoking".
