'Wakanda forever!' New video highlights the warriors of Black Panther

The former record was held by Marvel's "Captain America: Civil War", in which Chadwick Boseman's King T'Challa, known as "Black Panther", made his first onscreen appearance.

Advance sales for Disney-Marvel's "Black Panther" have set a new record for Fandango as the top seller among Marvel Cinematic Universe movies in the first 24 hours, topping "Captain America: Civil War".

"Black Panther is riding an incredible wave of momentum right now", Erik Davis, managing editor at Fandango, said in the release. "Tickets have been going fast ever since pre-sales started on Fandango late Monday". Neither of these woman have worked on a Marvel movie before, and this just goes to show you how important it is that new talents be brought in to even the most established franchises to bring in some new style and perspective.

An awesome featurette for Marvel's highly anticipated film Black Panther has been released! Looks like Ryan Coogler will get a bigger paycheck for Black Panther 2. Additional cast members include Letitia Wright ("Urban Hymn", "Glasgow Girls"), Winston Duke ("Person of Interest, "Modern Family"), Florence Kasumba ("Captain America: Civil War", "Emerald City"), Sterling K. Brown ("Whiskey Tango Foxtrot", "The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story") and John Kani ("Captain America: Civil War", "Coriolanus")".

"There were no seats and I was unable to buy tickets to see "Black Panther" on opening night", Nyong'o added, astonished.

"Black Panther" will be in theaters February 16.
