Death threat received to the Sultan of Bollywood 'Salman Khan' by Gangster

Followed by the threat, things took a different turn when a few armed men landed on the sets of the film Race 3 at Film City in Mumbai on January 10, 2018.

Shooting of the film has begun again as it is suppose to release on Eid this year but the security incharge of Salman are taking this threat very seriously.

The Mumbai Police have denied that armed men disrupted actor Salman Khan's shoot on Wednesday, and that he had to be escorted to safety, the Hindustan Times reported on Thursday. Police reached the sets and informed Salman and producer Ramesh Taurani of the impending threat to the star's life, and then escorted the star safely to the auto, with 6 cops to protect him, and his vehicle was driven by another batch of policemen. Bishnoi community in Jodhpur worship Black Bucks and Salman has a court case going on in Jodhpur about having to killed Black Buck during the shoot of Hum Saath Saath Hain.

Bishnoi was produced a day later in the same court amidst heavy security when he announced that he would kill Salman. "Then he will come to know about our real identity", Bishnoi was quoted as saying.

Bishnoi faces charges of murder, extortion, car-jacking and snatching among other crimes.

Confirming the news to Indian Express, Salman's father Salim Khan said, "While I don't know the exact details about when he left the sets, I do know that there were some threats". On Monday, a senior officer informed the Superstar that three men in Mumbai wanted to kill him when at the same time a group of vandals was creating ruckus near the location where Salman was shooting.

Reports also say that Salman has been asked to not go cycling in the city and share his whereabouts on social media to maintain a low profile.

After the incident, Salman Khan has been given extra security and has been forbidden to ride his cycle on the roads.
