A TEEN mowed down by a auto in Canning Vale has died while three other males remain in a serious condition in Royal Perth Hospital in what is believed to be a youth-gang attack on Thursday afternoon.

The boy died and five others were left in hospital after what allegedly started out as an organised fight between two rival groups of teenagers.

A short time later a auto ploughed into a group of four teenage boys aged between 16 and 17, who were waiting at a bus stop on Eucalyptus Boulevard.

Inspector Tony Hill said the fight spilled over into McDonalds, and the vehicle ploughed into pedestrians about an hour later.

Police say two teenage boys have been taken into custody and are assisting detectives with their inquiries.

Witnesses reported seeing teens from the nearby Canning Vale College fighting before the chaos unfolded and social media posts of the fight were also circulating today. I went back inside and had a shower to wash off the blood that was on me.

They used towels and sheets to put pressure on wounds and went and got water for them.

"No gangs were involved with this at all".

Four people were hit by a red Skyline on Eucalyptus Boulevard around 4.15pm, with a teen crashing through the front windscreen.

Yesterday, police cordoned off three separate crime scenes - one at the fast food store, one on the bus stop at Eucalyptus Boulevard and another at the liquor store. Police are investigating whether she deliberately ploughed into the boys. "When I sat down I thought 'did that just happen?"
